Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Practice Liaison to implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan, originating and growing referrals to EyeCare Partners and its eye care services.

The role focuses on increasing loyalty to EyeCare Partners Doctors among referral sources, facilitating growth of EyeCare Partners Doctor practices, and improving multidisciplinary operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of Physician relations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visits with current and potential Physician referral sources (80-90% in field).
• Use CRM to build and maintain referral sources across markets.
• Serve as contact for referral sources with concerns about referred patients.
• Investigate issues and drive improvements in operations.
• Analyze data to identify priority areas for growing referrals.
