Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC seeks a Practice Liaison to implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan. This role focuses on originating and growing referrals to EyeCare Partners and its eye care services, increasing loyalty among internal and external referral sources, and accelerating practice growth.

Travel is required up to 80–90% of the time, with baseline compensation starting at $70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in healthcare and 3–5 years in sales/marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication; excellent project management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regular cadence of visits with current and potential Physician referral sources (field-based).
Utilize CRM to build and maintain referral networks in current and future markets.
Serve as initial contact for referral source concerns and drive operational improvements.
Analyze data to identify priority areas for growing referrals to EyeCare Partners.
Plan and host educational seminars, grand rounds, dinners and meet-and-greets with physicians and teams.
