Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Practice Liaison to implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan designed to originate, drive, and grow referrals to EyeCare Partners and its array of eye care services. The role focuses on increasing loyalty to EyeCare Partners Doctors among internal and external referral sources and accelerating practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in healthcare and 3-5 years in sales/marketing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regular cadence of visits with physician referral sources (80-90% in field).
• Utilize a CRM to build and maintain referral sources in current and future markets.
• Be the initial point of contact for concerns with referred patients.
• Investigate issues and collaborate to resolve and improve processes.
• Gather data to identify priority areas for growing referrals to EyeCare Partners providers.
• Plan and execute educational seminars, grand rounds, dinners, and meet-and-greets.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to develop and expand satellite locations.
• Educate and drive initiatives (ATIOL conversions, surgical co-management, portal adoption).
• Partner with BD Director, Liaison Program Manager, Marketing, and growth teams on organic growth strategies.
• Be the liaison for medical, trade and physician organizations in markets.
