EyeCare Partners seeks a Practice Liaison based in Tampa, FL to implement a referral partner marketing plan and drive growth across its eye care network. The role focuses on expanding loyalty among internal and external referral sources and accelerating practice growth.

The liaison will conduct field visits, manage relationships through a CRM, and collaborate with practice leaders to explore satellite locations and special initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare industry and 3–5 years in sales/marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and execute a regular cadence of visits with current and potential physician referral sources (80-90% in field).
• Utilize a CRM system to build and maintain referral sources across markets.
• Serve as initial contact for referral sources when issues arise with referred patients.
• Investigate issues and drive operational improvements to resolution.
• Gather data to identify priority areas for growing referrals to EyeCare Partners providers.
• Plan and run educational seminars, grand rounds, dinners, and meet-and-greet events for referral sources and physicians.
