This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.What You’ll DoConduct on-site inspections for non-complex reconstruction assignments including interior, exterior, and roofingPresent the Thomasville Sales Presentation via TEAMS or by phone to set clear expectations and obtain signed Work AuthorizationsCapture DocuSketch 360 scans, photos, and documentation per company and carrier standardsReview assignment details before each appointment including claim scope, project address, and documentation requirementsCoordinate with internal teams including Coordinators and Estimators to ensure smooth project setupUse DASH, Engage (ProAssist), One Click Contractor, and DocuSketch to manage and record project dataMaintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions, representing Thomasville’s valuesUpload field data including photos, scans, and notes promptly and accuratelyRequest supporting documentation such as EagleView, Hover reports, and asbestos testing when neededProvide detailed post-visit summaries to support estimating and production teamsWho You AreExperienced with at least 2 years in construction, field inspection, or restoration services preferredComfortable conducting customer walkthroughs and documenting conditions using mobile apps or softwareProficient in or willing to learn DocuSketch, DASH, One Click Contractor, and related systemsHighly detail oriented with a focus on accurate data collectionExcellent communicator who can explain restoration processes clearly and calmlyOrganized with the ability to manage multiple field assignments in a fast-paced environmentTech savvy with smartphones, tablets, Outlook, Word, and ExcelHolds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAble to safely access attics, basements, roofs, and other residential or commercial areas when requiredYour ImpactAs a Field Liaison, you are the first in-person representative that homeowners and property owners meet.
