Job summary

Thomasville Restoration seeks a Roofing Project and Sales Concierge to coordinate roofing projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will manage timelines, budgets, and communications with homeowners, insurers, and subcontractors, ensuring project profitability and homeowner satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership in scheduling, change orders, and collaboration with internal teams to support quarterly sales goals and the company’s mission of restoring homes and rebuilding lives.

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing construction, restoration, or home improvement projects.
• Knowledgeable in roofing systems including shingle and low-slope roofing such as TPO, EPDM, and Modified Bitumen.
• Familiar with roofing inspections, estimating, and profitability analysis.
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners and conducting in-home consultations.
• Strong communicator with leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Develop and track budgets across roofing projects.
• Advocate for insurance supplements when needed.
• Assign tasks to teams or subcontractors and maintain communication with homeowners and adjusters.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to align on scope and timelines.
• Provide weekly updates to internal teams and adjusters.
• Create and process change orders; maintain job costing.
• Order and manage project materials and equipment.
• Assist with collections including deductibles and milestone payments.
• Manage steep-slope roofing projects from inspection through completion.
