Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Roofing Project and Sales Concierge in Williamsburg, VA to connect homeowners, insurance adjusters, and crews. You will plan, schedule, and oversee roofing projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while delivering compassionate customer service.

Ideal candidates have construction/restoration experience, deep roofing knowledge (shingle, TPO, EPDM), strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects using Next Gear Dash and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction/restoration projects.
• Knowledge of roofing systems including shingles and low-slope (TPO/EPDM).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
