Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to turn complex procedures into clear, field-ready training for a fast-growing, multi-site team. You will develop practical tools that help team members understand the work, build confidence, and perform consistently.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of instructional design, learning and development, training development, enablement, or curriculum design experience.
• Experience creating training for frontline, field, hourly, operations, retail, restaurant, or multi-site environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical or operational information into clear, practical learner materials.

Responsibilities

• Design learning programs, courses, job aids, facilitator guides, certifications, and practical tools for field and support-center roles.
• Translate SOPs, processes, and technical information into clear training usable on the job.
• Build learning that is simple, visual, structured, and practical for a fast-paced, hourly, multi-site workforce.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and usefulness.
• Develop content for learning platforms, digital modules, classroom sessions, and manager-led training.
