Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding for car wash associates, site leaders, and maintenance technicians.
• Conduct on‑site visits to evaluate skill levels, observe wash quality, and reinforce training.
• Document training hours, certifications, and ensure compliance with company training requirements.
