Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Municipal Superintendent to lead field execution on public infrastructure and civil sitework projects in the Gulf South region. You will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings and specs, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent municipal construction experience considered.
• 5+ years of municipal or heavy civil construction with field operations leadership on utility or wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment, sewer, drainage, underground utilities, and heavy civil practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for municipal infrastructure projects including wastewater facilities, sewer systems, drainage improvements, lift stations, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain safety, schedule, and productivity.
• Review civil drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure work aligns with plans and municipal standards.
• Supervise installation of sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water utilities, concrete structures, and related civil infrastructure.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations, trench safety, and site-specific safety procedures.
• Monitor project schedules and address field challenges to maintain timelines and quality.
