Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks an Electrical General Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems in facilities, and to plan daily crew activities. The role requires traveling to multiple job sites on short notice and overseeing a crew for project timelines.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity with daily reporting, coordination with the superintendent, and adherence to MIC health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical foreman or above role.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified.
• Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of projects.
