Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking an Operations Manager - Heavy Civil Construction to provide administrative and technical leadership for diverse projects. You will direct field operations through subordinate managers, interface with clients and senior leaders, and ensure safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Engineering, 5 years of heavy civil construction experience, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in heavy construction with duct bank/manhole work.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects meet design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with field managers, clients, subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of all operations' employees on projects.
• Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports and invoicing; manage accounts receivable aging.
