Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property facilities and lead the maintenance team in Fort Collins. You will work closely with the Property Manager to champion Coastal culture and provide tools and direction for maintenance staff, with about 75% field work and 25% in-office coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 2 years in student housing or multi-family maintenance.
• Proven supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• CPO certification required or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the maintenance team, including training, motivation, and development.
• Prioritize, assign, and quality-control work orders.
• Supervise high-level, technical tasks (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Obtain contracts and proposals from vendors and negotiate pricing; oversee vendor work.
• Manage turnover and make-readies for new residents.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maintain curb appeal and property integrity.
• Assist in maintenance budgeting and inventory management.
• Coordinate construction/rehabilitation projects with vendors, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of shops and work areas.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties.
• Other duties as directed.
