Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage facilities and lead a maintenance team at our property in Blacklick, OH. This position demands expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, along with a strong leadership capability to train and ensure effective team performance.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and relevant certifications. This full-time role includes competitive wages, quarterly bonuses, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance for multi-family apartments.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type I and II) required.
• CPO certification required within first 6 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the maintenance team ensuring tasks are completed.
• Prioritize and monitor work orders performed by maintenance team.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee work completion.
• Manage turnover of units and execute the preventative maintenance plan.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties.
