Smart Tech Contracting, LLC seeks a Lead Field Technician - Critical Infrastructure to lead field execution on large-scale data center projects. You will coordinate trades, manage field crews, and maintain safety and quality on site, often working with a Site Superintendent on tight schedules.

This senior role requires 6–8 years in mission-critical construction, experience directing subcontractors, and proficiency with field tools such as Procore, BIM 360, and Autodesk Build.

Qualifications

6-8 years in field execution roles in mission-critical/complex MEP environments.
Direct field crews and coordinate subcontractors.
Interpret drawings, specs, submittals and schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field execution for assigned scopes, zones, or workstreams.
Coordinate with trades and manage subcontractors to align with schedules.
Ensure QA/QC, safety, and field paperwork are completed.
