Job summary

qlub is scaling rapidly in the US restaurant market, and we’re seeking a Field Implementation Manager to own the successful launch of new partners. This field-based role spends most of your time on-site with restaurant teams, guiding venues from signed agreement to live operations.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech to remove blockers, train staff, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure launches meet our standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Customer Success, Field Operations, or similar
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations or deployments
• Excellent in-person and written communication; strong stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end venue implementations from handover to launch and stabilization
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams for timely deliveries
• Conduct on-site venue visits to assess requirements and configure solutions
• Lead training and enablement for restaurant teams to ensure confident usage
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and drive resolutions with internal teams
• Manage multiple launches simultaneously with prioritization
• Document configurations and launch milestones accurately
• Monitor new venues during stabilization; address adoption issues
• Build relationships with restaurant partners and be the primary contact
• Identify recurring challenges and improve processes and tools
• Provide field feedback to product/ops to improve merchant experience
• Maintain high velocity while ensuring quality and partner experience
