Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager - OPEX to drive launch readiness and stabilize performance across our fulfillment network. You will embed onsite, coach new operations leaders, and lead shifts to ensure execution of standard processes.

Travel up to 75% is required to support site openings and ramp periods, with a hands-on, floor-based leadership style aimed at long-term site success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume warehouse, fulfillment, or eCommerce
• Experience leading operations teams and coaching leaders
• Experience managing large hourly teams (60+ associates) and multiple salaried leaders

Responsibilities

• Embed at new/expanding fulfillment sites to support launch readiness and post-launch ramp-up.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of new Operations Managers and frontline leaders.
• Run shifts and lead stand-ups to model floor leadership.
• Act as interim Operations Manager during openings or transitions.
• Drive adherence to standard processes across inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, and labor planning.
