Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a technology deployment leader with a remit across the UA portfolio to oversee the rollout of systems such as POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, and digital signage. You will bridge operations, technology partners, and data teams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on guidance to drive adoption and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology deployments across the portfolio, including POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, connectivity, reporting tools, and other operational systems.
• Manage implementation plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Operations, E15/data teams, technology partners, vendors, and the client to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Drive operator adoption through training, change management, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Ensure data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements are considered part of technology implementations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and improved system reliability.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into deployment status, risks, adoption, and required decisions.
