Job summary

TekWissen® is seeking a Client Field/Computer Technician to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area. You will replace hardware components, perform unit swaps, and fix peripherals, all while maintaining service tickets in the Client Call Management system.

Reliable transportation and ability to work in a field service environment are required. Experience with break-fix, basic Windows support, and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
• Basic knowledge of Windows hardware/software and Microsoft applications.
• Reliable transportation for field service coverage.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Replace components (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).
• Perform whole unit swaps and peripheral repairs.
• Service and close tickets in the Client Call Management system with provided phone.
