Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Irvine seeks a Learning and Development Manager to design, build, and deliver training programs across our operations. This hands-on role leads sessions with teams on-site and in the field, developing scalable learning resources and initiatives that address real skill gaps.

This position requires collaboration with Property Management, Maintenance Operations, Accounting, the Client Transitions Team, and Business Development, traveling regularly to train teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of learning and development experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training techniques.
• Hands-on facilitation experience, both in-person and virtual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to build relationships across departments and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
• Develop training materials, guides, and resources for property management operations.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions to improve team performance.
• Track employee progress to optimize skills and performance.
• Travel between properties and corporate offices (30% - 40%).
• Partner with managers to identify learning opportunities for all employees.
• Support onboarding with necessary knowledge and tools.
