Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base. This field role goes beyond helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across multiple environments.

You will work on-site, travel within your territory, and stay on-call to respond to service requests. A strong IT/Telecom background and relevant certifications are preferred, with on-site paid hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
