Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our nationwide client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom work on diverse sites.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, staying professional with clients and remaining on-call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling and telecom work.
• Ability to work independently across various environments.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Standard IT and networking tools; laptop with Ethernet port.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Do structured cabling including drilling, running and dressing cables.
• Handle telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call for service in your territory.
