AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base. Responsibilities include OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom tasks in diverse environments. On-call availability and a reliable vehicle are required.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of IT/Telecom experience or 5+ years field experience, plus applicable certifications. Flexible schedule and travel within the territory are offered with on-site pay.

Formación

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• A+/Network+ or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom alternative.

Responsabilidades

• Install OS, diagnose hardware, and set up software.
• Run structured cabling, drill, dress cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Be on-call and respond to service requests in your territory.
