Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support a national client base. You'll install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and manage structured cabling across diverse sites.

This role goes beyond standard helpdesk work, with on-site deployments and client-facing responsibilities. You will work independently across various environments, stay professional with clients, and remain on-call for service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IT/Telecom field experience.
• A+ or Network+ certifications or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call and respond to service requests within your territory.
