Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our growing national client base. This hands-on role goes beyond a desk job, including OS installations, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You will travel to client sites, work independently, and respond to service requests within your territory. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience, own a basic tools set, and can operate in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience is required.
• A+ or Network+ certification OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
