AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. Expect field deployments, OS installs, hardware testing, and structured cabling across diverse sites.

The role goes beyond a desk job; you’ll work on installations, diagnostic tasks, and telecom duties while traveling within your territory. A strong focus on professionalism and customer interaction is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• On-site technical support across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Carry out structured cabling tasks (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Handle telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
