Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base in various field environments. You will perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and hands-on telecom tasks across multiple buildings.

Ideal candidates bring IT/Telecom experience, relevant certifications, and a reliable vehicle. You must be comfortable working on-call and traveling to client sites nationwide, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT or telecom field work (min 1 year).
• A+ or Network+ certification, or 5+ years of field experience.
• Proactive and reliable in field service environments.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call for service requests within your territory.
