AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on field technicians to support our national client base. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and set up software, then run structured cabling and telecom tasks across buildings.

This role thrives on site work across diverse environments, requiring independence, high professionalism with clients, and readiness to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience required.
• Must have own vehicle and standard set of IT/tools.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call within territory.
