Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. This role involves field work including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom tasks across various sites.

You will work independently on-site in diverse environments and must stay professional with clients, being ready to respond to service requests within your territory. This is a hands-on role with travel and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• One of the following certifications or equivalent field experience: A+ or Network+ or 5+ years of verifiable field work.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call for service requests.
