Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance and repair of AMS and related software at Feedyard sites. You will join a small team, handle local travel 50-75% with 15-25% regional travel, and participate in an on-call schedule.

Car allowance and company phone are provided. The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred), 0-2 years in a technical field, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree in a computer related field is preferred.
0-2 years in a technical/software field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, maintenance and repair for Animal Health International Inc. software and AMS.
Respond to customer service calls, diagnose software and network problems, and perform repairs.
Perform software/network installation projects for current and new customer sites.
