Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience in a technical or software field.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot basic wired/wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, maintenance and repair for AMS software.
• Handle software/network installation projects for customers.
• Perform standard system installations and test components.
• Offer training and technical assistance to customers as needed.
• Maintain service records and ensure safety during on-site work.
• Travel locally 50-75% and regional 15-25%; participate in on-call rotation.
