Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to maintain computers, printers, and network gear across multiple locations. You will respond to tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support management with timely solutions.

You must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel between sites in a company vehicle, in a fast-paced environment with strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
• Ability to read, interpret, and respond to support tickets.
• Strong problem solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
• Support management by ensuring computers, printers and hardware work across locations.
• Assist with mobile/IOS device support and network services installations.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with management to resolve them.
• Be flexible for emergencies and travel between locations as needed.
