Job summary

Cinema West Management Company LLC is seeking a Field Support Technician to support theatre locations across California and Idaho. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of site-level technology systems, including POS, kiosks, digital signage, printers, and network infrastructure.

The position involves on-site and remote troubleshooting from the corporate office, with regular travel and a five-day workweek that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of hands-on IT support, field service, or related technical role.
• Proficiency in Windows desktop troubleshooting and administration.
• Networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs, cabling; isolate faults across endpoints, switches, circuits.
• Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting printers and peripherals.
• Ability to perform physical installation work and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain tech to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve technical incidents via the incident reporting system.
• Provide status updates to site management through incident lifecycle.
• Serve as primary technical responder for weekend operations.
