Qualifications

• Some computer knowledge mixed with willingness and capability to learn.
• Natural problem-solving ability combined with a passion for customer service.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience providing technical support to Windows 10, server versions, MAC OS, and other mainstream applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer network connectivity.
• Communicate with customers to gather troubleshooting information.
• Work closely with sales and remote technicians.
