Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. seeks a hands-on Field Support Technician to provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple locations for a financial services organization. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, coordinating with external vendors and supporting both Windows and Mac systems.

Training spans eight weeks on-site in Vinings, GA, with an alternating office/field schedule after training. Strong Jamf experience and the ability to travel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of on-site IT service or technical support experience.
• Experience supporting multiple branches and coordinating with external vendors.
• Experience with Windows and Mac in business environments.
• Proficient with SCCM, Jamf, imaging, and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot conference room A/V, telephones, and office technology.
• Image deployment and endpoint management using SCCM and Jamf.
• Basic server administration, including printers on print servers.
• Manage requests in Jira with updates and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors across locations.
• Assist with equipment installations and deployments.
• Prioritize workload, communicate with end users, and resolve issues.
• Travel between locations and adjust priorities as needed.
