Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a hands-on Field Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote IT support for a financial services organization across multiple locations in the Greater Atlanta area. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer service, and ownership of issues from initial diagnosis to resolution.

You will work with Windows and macOS, deploy software, manage imaging via SCCM and Jamf, coordinate with vendors, and travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Four years of on-site IT service or technical support experience.
• Experience supporting multiple branches or office locations.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors for technical support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of SCCM, Jamf, imaging, and software deployment.
• Strong communication and ticket-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows and macOS systems including desktops, laptops, printers and basic network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot conference room audio/video equipment and telephony systems.
• Support imaging, software deployment, and endpoint management using SCCM and Jamf.
• Perform basic server administration and printer configuration on print servers.
• Manage support requests in Jira with updates and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors across locations.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Prioritize workload independently and communicate with end users through resolution.
• Travel between locations and adapt priorities as needed.
