Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Service Representative to support a large healthcare customer across the St. Louis market. This field-based role focuses on inventory management, operational support, customer service, and issue resolution, with significant onsite presence and local travel in the St.

Louis area. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, healthcare industry exposure, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in field service or similar roles.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• CRM experience and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally within the St. Louis area 3–4 days a week.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and basic data/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site resource for customer stakeholders and support daily operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, organize products, and ensure product availability.
• Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and service-related concerns.
• Support customer projects, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with McKesson team members, vendors, and customer contacts.
