Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a part-time IT Technician to join the Technical Services Team in Missouri. The role involves providing user support, troubleshooting urgent issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. Expect 16 hours per week with no benefits.
Typical shifts include mornings or evenings, with weekday and weekend coverage. A high school diploma is required, and CompTIA A+ certification is preferred. Prior IT experience is a plus in this role.
Provides technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team. Troubleshoot and resolve urgent technical issues and responds to help requests in person or by phone. Identifies and escalates complex issues to responsible teams and management. Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management. Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runs diagnostic programs. Writes user manuals. Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance. Maintains the Knowledge Base in the Service Management ticket system. Other duties as assigned.
Time Type: Part Time, 16 hours per week. Without benefits.
Typical Hours: 1-2 shifts per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Weekday and weekend coverage needed.
