Job summary

Regions is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician to install, configure and repair computer systems, printers and network gear for all associates. The role focuses on hardware/software maintenance, network troubleshooting, and end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

The position is onsite at the Memphis area (Cordova, at Goodlett Farms). Overtime may apply; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six years of experience with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in the Mac environment.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other end user peripherals.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and remediates hardware and software issues.
• Coordinates warranty repairs and returns with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure including switches and routers.
