Job summary

Insight Global in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Customer Success/Support professional on a 2-year initial contract (W2) with potential extensions or conversion. The role offers benefits from day one and weekly pay on Fridays.

You will grow account relationships, clarify customer needs, guide issue resolution, provide software service support, and mentor new hires while driving account growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related work experience in IT support, quality, or a related field.
• Experience with customer-facing service delivery preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
• Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalated issues according to established procedures.
• Provide software service, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support.
• For Mission Critical Customers, provide proactive and some reactive services.
• Monitor operation performance and work on corrective action plans (if needed).
• Provide input about Customers business and industry trend information into Account Support Plan.
• Mentor /Coach new hires on work process and procedures.
• Responsible for account growth and retention.
