Under limited supervision, you will act as a central point of contact for technical and service-related problems and provide instructions to customers.

You will assist with network infrastructure, PCs, and FedEx equipment, troubleshoot wiring, routers, switches, access points, and cabling, and mentor less experienced

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Four years of technology support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Serve as central contact for technical and service-related problems with customers.
• Interface with customers to provide product information and instructions.
• Support the FedEx enterprise network focusing on network infrastructure and hardware.
• Troubleshoot wiring, routers, switches, access points, and cabling types.
• Provide guidance to less experienced co-workers and contract personnel.
• Work with West district team and adapt to time differences as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
