Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of IT Support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardware installation and provide ongoing support.
• Provide software support and local infrastructure service support.
• Assist in identifying and capturing Enterprise and BU project demand.
• Execute PC lifecycle management and perform asset management tasks.
• Support Identity and Access Management requests.
• Deliver Field IT Services in accordance with SLT.
