MB2 Dental is hiring an IT Field Support Technician to deliver advanced onsite and field-based technical support for multiple practice locations and the headquarters.

The role requires frequent travel, after-hours availability, and hands-on expertise in Windows, macOS, and enterprise infrastructure. You will act as Tier 3 escalation, support servers/VMs, document processes, and collaborate with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Support, Field Services, Infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proven ability to deliver onsite support across multiple locations and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Field Services & Deployment: install, configure, and support IT equipment at practice locations and HQ.
• Onsite IT Assessments: evaluate infrastructure, identify risks, and propose remediation plans.
• Onsite Support & Field Coverage: provide local and remote support, travel often, including out-of-state.
• Advanced & Tier 3 Support: handle complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Server & Virtual Infrastructure Support: manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMs.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: create SOPs and track changes.
• On-Call & After-Hours Support: participate in after-hours support as needed.
