Job summary

CFS is seeking an IT Support / Field Technician to deliver hands-on IT support across multiple facilities within a defined territory. You will travel frequently to sites, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and learn across standard IT and industry-specific systems.

A 2+ year background in IT support and strong communication are required. This role includes weekly HQ travel initially and offers strong benefits, including a retirement plan with match and profit sharing, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support/field experience required or preferred.
• Experience in Windows environments, especially Office 365.
• Excellent communication and ability to solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and to HQ weekly initially. Cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support at multiple company facilities within the territory.
• Travel frequently to sites for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Learn, support, and resolve issues across standard IT and industry-specific systems.
• Collaborate with HQ team with weekly travel to HQ initially and act as a field IT resource.
