Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide on-site technical support and customer service to staff at project sites and offices across the United States. The role travels up to 80% and serves as the local IT resource, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in person.

You will assist with onboarding and equipment setup, build relationships with site leadership, translate technical issues into plain language, and log activity in the IT tracking system while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of level-one help desk or IT support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP preferred.
• Field-based, multi-site, travel-support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support at project sites and offices.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in person.
• Assist with onboarding and equipment setup.
• Translate technical issues into plain language for end users.
• Log calls and activities in the IT tracking system.
• Travel up to 80% to sites nationwide.
