Qualifications

• 3–5 years of level-one help desk or IT support in a corporate IT team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Basic technical certification (A+, Network+, MCP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites and offices up to 80% of the time as the primary in-person IT contact.
• Provide courteous, professional, and responsive technical support on-site.
• Build relationships with site leadership to ensure accessible IT support.
• Represent IT department professionally and maintain a positive image.
• Translate technical issues into plain language for end users.
