Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking a detail-oriented Field IT Support professional to provide end-user technical assistance in Norman, OK. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity, install and maintain equipment, and document resolutions across multiple sites.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, Windows/macOS proficiency, and willingness to travel. On-site and remote support will be provided, with opportunities to work with a broad suite of devices

Qualifications

2+ years in IT support, help desk, or field service roles.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN concepts.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.
Clear communication for non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple requests independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support to end-users across multiple locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Document tickets accurately and track resolution progress.
Perform preventative maintenance and system updates for security and performance.
Assist with user onboarding and equipment setup.
Collaborate with IT to identify recurring issues and solutions.
Travel to field locations to deliver on-site support.
