Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a technical support or help desk role.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS desktop environments; Microsoft 365.
• Experience with user account management and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and macOS.
• Configure and install workstations, printers, mobile devices; manage user accounts.
