LifeStance Health Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented IT Field Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance to staff in Mequon, WI.

You will manage hardware, software, and network issues and help keep devices, accounts, and access running smoothly across Windows and macOS environments. The role includes onboarding/offboarding tasks, inventory tracking, and contributing to knowledge base articles, with compensation of $25.00–$28.00 per hour plus a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Windows/macOS.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and account management in AD/Exchange.
• Familiar with VPNs, remote access tools, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users via various channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS.
• Configure and deploy workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
