Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Windows desktop configuration, deployment and troubleshooting; PC hardware installation and repair.
• Audio/visual support for enterprise conferencing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support at on-site and remote locations, meeting SLAs.
• Own and document tickets; communicate status and escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software per security policies.
• Support AV, conferencing, and computing needs for meetings at assigned locations.
• Assist with planning, deployment, and documentation of technical solutions; maintain SOPs.
